This article describes the most common troubles E2L members experience, and the ways to resolve these issues.
All in-world offers
Problem: I do not receive any landmarks
- Reason #1: This may happen if you mute our in-world mainframe object.
- Solution #1: Refer to Unmuting and receiving landmarks to know how to unmute an SL object.
- Reason #2: One common issue is lag.
- Solution #2: If you are on a parcel with a lot of lag, try moving to another with less lag. It can also be helpful to turn off the HUD, then turn it back on and take the offer again.
Problem: I can't see my HUD
- The HUD is being worn (attached to your screen), but only "----" is visible (or HUD appears partially)
- Reason: SL client sometimes displays transparent objects in a wrong way.
- Solution 1: Right-click on area near "----" and click "Edit".
- Solution 2: Right-click on area near "----" and choose "Detach". Then wear HUD from your inventory again.
Money withdrawal
My Money Has Not Been Delivered
- Reason: The most common cause for this is that you have not visited the ATM to receive your money.
- Solution: You must manually receive your money by visiting one of our ATM machines at the Earn2Life headquarters building. Simply click on the machine, and it will issue your cash you have any. If this does not rectify the problem, contact a Support agent for more help regarding the matter.
